ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAMMES APPLICATION

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Management of the Centre for Distance Learning, Obafemi Awolowo University has cancelled the use of ACCESS CODES to apply for Education Programmes (Diploma in Education and Part-time Degree in Education). In this vein, applicants are free to create accounts without using the Access Code in order to apply for the programmes. Also, all the students / Applicants who have already applied for any of these programmes by using Access Codes are allowed to continue using the Access Codes to login into their accounts.

Similarly, the Study Centres for the Education Programmes have been streamlined. The only approved Study Centre now is Institute of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

To this effect, all applicants who applied for any of the Education Programmes and chose a Study Centre other than O.A.U, Ife-Ife will have to come to Ile-Ife for Lectures.

  Application Instruction for Education Programmes

  1. Go to any of the branches of UBA, Skye Bank or First Bank on the Etranzact Network to pay the prescribed Application Fees. (Please note that bank charges apply and are to be paid)
  2. Visit the website: www.oaucdl.edu.ng
  3. Click on ‘Education Application ’
  4. Click on "Start your Application here"
  5. Click on "Create a new Account"
  6. After creating your account, login again, make your payment by supplying Receipt Number and the Confirmation Order Number and fill your form. Please remember to upload your passport photograph.
  7. Logout when you are through and keep your username and password.
With these steps completed, you must thereafter check the website and login for further information and notices.

Important

Applicants are advised to make payments personally and obtain the Etranzact receipt at any of the designated banks. The Centre for Distance Learning, OAU has not engaged any individual or organization to carry out the application procedure on her behalf and thus shall not be responsible for any issue arising from the involvement of a third party.

Applicants are to note that only the Diploma in Education is available for application for now. Application for Part-time Degree in Education for 2011/2012 Session has closed
